Joey Orduña Hastings was named to the 2024 class of Nevada Business Magazine’s Women to Watch. Chosen by a panel of judges who review their history, community work, leadership and plans for the future, the 2024 Women to Watch have risen to the top through perseverance and excellent multi-tasking abilities. “Through mentorship or sponsorship women can actively support everyone,” said Joey. “Telling someone they are doing a good job isn’t the same as investing time in someone and being there to guide, problem solve, uplift, or constructively challenge. There is benefit in letting someone know you see potential in them when they might not see it themselves.”
