The Honorable Kathleen Quigley
Secretary, National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges
In September of 2003, Kathleen was appointed to the Pima County Juvenile Court Bench as a Hearing Officer/Judge Pro Tem and in April of 2009, she was appointed as a Pima County Juvenile Court Commissioner. She was appointed to the Pima County Superior Court bench In October of 2012 and continues to serve on the juvenile bench. On June 30, 2014, she was appointed as the Presiding Judge of Pima County Superior Court, Juvenile. Judge Quigley graduated from the University of Arizona Law School in 1986 and joined the Pima County Attorney’s Office in 1987, where she worked as a prosecutor and trial attorney before she was appointed to the bench. She has volunteered to serve on many community, professional, and court-related committees since 1987.
