It is vital that any efforts to address child sex trafficking in our communities include not only survivor input but also opportunities for survivors to lead the work. Organizations and individuals must be thoughtful about why, when, and how they engage survivor leaders in the work. This tip sheet, developed in collaboration with a Survivor Leader Board, provides guidance on why, when, and how Survivor Leaders should be engaged.
