This report provides an update of the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grants (JAIBG) Program in Pennsylvania. The JAIBG Program is a broad-scale effort, now in its third year, to promote juvenile accountability nationwide through incentive grants to local communities. This issue offers a current look at the experience of local communities participating in the program. It describes the projects to which the funds have been devoted, the planning and collaboration behind the projects, the obstacles local organizers have encountered, the outcomes they’ve aimed for, the successes they’ve achieved, and the lessons they’ve learned.
